The Department of Fair Trading has been informed that Stefan Mayer's home at 10 St Andrews Drive, Pymble is for sale and that there is a good possibility that he may be planning to abscond to Bali where he has a property. It was suggested that they may consider slapping a Caveat on the property.
The Australian Taxation Department have also been asked to investigate all the companies operated by Stefan Mayer as it was likely that Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements together with the appropriate GST may not have been lodged for many years.

Stefan Mayer has not paid the required superannuation contributions for at least one of his long term employees . The amount of contributions being in the order of $50,000.00 - what a terrible loss for that employee. In addition he failed to pay that employee the last six weeks wages in December 2011. This is the man who states, .... "I have done nothing wrong apart from run a business and I promise you all I will complete all the outstanding works.my company is my baby." The investigator, Rachel Wilson, would like to gather evidence from as many people as possible. She cannot contact you unless you've lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading. If you have not already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading, please do so and then contact Rachel as soon as possible. If you have already lodged a complaint and she has not already contacted you, please contact her. This is for both customers of Scullery and Holz Interiors and Bespoke Installations.

1. copies of any documentation you received from 'Scullery & Holz' or Stefan Mayer, including contracts, quotes, tax invoices, approval notices, receipts etc. Please include all documents regardless of the company name written on them (Bespoke Installations, Scullery & Holz Interiors, Scullery & Holz etc)
2. evidence of the payments you made, e.g. bank statements showing dates, amounts, and recipient's account details
3. copies of any emails you received from 'Scullery & Holz'
4. Details of the police report filed including a copy of your statement/version of events (if applicable)
5. A written statement (a single sentence by email is fine) that confirms you did not receive a certificate of home warranty insurance in relation to this contract

Stefan Mayer was again in contact and has stated that he will endeavour to complete the outstanding kitchens in conjunction with the liquidators. He expects to be meeting with them again next week.

Hi,
Today a call was received from another unhappy customer of Stefan Mayer. The lady states that having paid Stefan Mayer over $17,000.00 during November/December 2011 they have had their kitchen stripped out and nothing else to show for it. At her request previous blogs that were archived are being restored to this site so that potential customers may take notice and Be Aware.

Apparently Stefan Mayer is now using
Scullery & Holz trading as BESPOKE INSTALLATIONS PTY LTD ABN 25 103 540 978
on his quotes and contracts as he is no longer able to trade as Scullery & Holz Interiors Pty Ltd ABN91 102 846 284 (in liquidation).
