The Australian Taxation Department have also been asked to investigate all the companies operated by Stefan Mayer as it was likely that Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements together with the appropriate GST may not have been lodged for many years.
Stefan Mayer has not paid the required superannuation contributions for at least one of his long term employees . The amount of contributions being in the order of $50,000.00 - what a terrible loss for that employee. In addition he failed to pay that employee the last six weeks wages in December 2011. This is the man who states, .... "I have done nothing wrong apart from run a business and I promise you all I will complete all the outstanding works.my company is my baby." The Department of Fair Trading has been informed that Stefan Mayer's home at 10 St Andrews Drive, Pymble is for sale and that there is a good possibility that he may be planning to abscond to Bali where he has a property. It was suggested that they may consider slapping a Caveat on the property.The Australian Taxation Department have also been asked to investigate all the companies operated by Stefan Mayer as it was likely that Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements together with the appropriate GST may not have been lodged for many years.

I recently learned that Stefan Mayer's wife, Marie Campion, is the GM of Marketing at the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) AND she was a director in the Scullery and Holz companies that have scammed all these people. How can someone married to such a con artist work for an organisation that is supposed to set the standards for directors?!

DeleteA reliable source informed us that Marie Paula Campion was sacked by the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors)-her last day there was Friday 17 August 2012. Stefan Mayer will have to work much harder to now provide for the Mayer family. Marie Campion's six figure salary from the AIDC will no longer be there. These comments about Stefan Mayer's scams and Marie Paula Campion's involvement, may produce even more results.

We lost over $10K to Stefan Mayer's cons. He provided very good customer service until we paid our deposit and then he was gone! Now his mobile phone number is changed and we cannot get in touch with him to demand our money back. Very interesting about Marie Campion. She must be in on it. What unscrupulous people.
ReplyDeleteStefan Mayer has been stealing from people for years. He had a store in Crows Nest about ten years ago. One time a group of angry suppliers sat in front of the store with placards saying, "Stefan Mayer, the many who doesn't pay." The guy is a filthy liar. I agree with the other posts that Marie Campion must know exactly what's going on.
ReplyDeleteThank you for creating this blog to warn people about Stefan Mayer. We were also out several thousand dollars when he took a deposit and did not deliver. He told lie after lie until we finally realized we were not ever going to get a kitchen from him. He should be locked up.
ReplyDeleteStefan Mayer took close to $20K from us in December of 2011. He did this while his company was being put into liquidation, which makes it pretty obvious he had no way of ever fulfilling our kitchen. This seems to be his scam. He takes large deposits and then takes off with the money. It is pretty clear he was trading while insolvent, which is a crime. He has done this to too many people to get away with it. I look forward to when he goes to jail.

I was in Bali September 2011 and went into Hardy Interiors.Hardy Interiors was founded by Geoff Hardy of Country Form Furniture and Kitchens where Stefan Mayer rang the kitchen side. The manager told me that Stefan was come to Bali to work with them. I worked for Country Form and Scullery & Holz in the 90’s and yes he didn’t pay me outstanding moneys or super!
ReplyDeleteStefan likes to think of himself as a character from a Guy Ritchie movie, a little cheeky, driving a flash motor but what he is a slim ball. The only reason he married his wife was she earned good money, more the fool her. He's sitting back laughing at you all.

DeleteBen, Thanks for that information. An email was sent to Geoff Hardy. This detailing Stefan Mayer's scams, the SMH and A Current Affair Exposés, the Department of Fair Trade Public Warning against Stefan Mayer, with links to all those sites.

Cannot imagine how Geoff Hardy could possible want to be connected in any way with this scam merchant who has now accumulated a vast amount of adverse comment on the Internet. Just google his name, his wife Marie Campion's name and any of his company names and see the results. Since these sites commenced in October 2011 the sites have attracted thousands of hits, and very many adverse comments about Stefan Mayer, his wife Marie Paula Campion's involvement in his affairs which she denied under oath in Hornsby Local Court recently. Yesterday in the CTTT Stefan Mayer was ordered to repay $18,595.00 to a customer which he had taken as a depoosit in Nov/Dec 2011. In his usual manner and disdain for the Members at the CTTT, Stefan Mayer arrived very late - and then tried to postpone the order by some technicality.He stated he thought that this was a preliminary hearing and no determination by the Member should be made at this time. The CTTT are waking up to Stefan Mayer's delaying tactics. The Member made the Order and gave him only seven days in which to comply this time.
Funny story. The sherrif took the rolex right off Stefan's wrist and the gold chain off his neck. If you have a court order from the CTTT ordering Stefan Mayer to pay you, you may call the Hornsby sheriff who is obligated to try to collect.

ReplyDeleteMarie Campion is the GM (General Manager) of Marketing at The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Marie Campion is also the wife of Stefan Mayer. Marie Campion has been working for AICD for 4 years. AICD is a membership organisation for company directors. With approximately 30, 000 members - this is no small collection of people. Lets look at their Vision statement from their website shall we? "Providing leadership on director issues and promoting excellence in governance to achieve a positive impact for the economy and society." Interesting. How then, can this organisation that is supposed to be the leader in its field and stand for so much in the way of ethics - employ Marie Campion while knowing her association to Stefan Mayer? It is most likely that she has had knowledge of all the fraudulent activities and failed businesses being conducted by her husband. Did the sale of their $1.6 million dollar house to her name for $1 in 2006, not raise any suspicions from her? For the AICD to keep someone like this in the employ when this matter became public (early 2012) speaks volumes of the integrity of their organisation. AICD members should be questioning the validity of materials received with Marie Campion spin doctoring the marketing messages for the company. The fact that Marie Campion's Facebook page is still public and showing photos of her and Stefan Mayer hamming it up in Bali on other peoples' money just demonstrates their flagrant disregard for the lost money of their victims.

DeleteRegarding Marie Paula Campion GM Marketing at The Australian Institute of Company Directors. Some weeks ago we received information from a 'reliable source' that Marie Paula Campion was fired. Her last day at The Australian Institute of Company Directors was Friday 17 August 2012. Incidently this was also the day that we were able to have Stefan Mayer's Scullery and Holz web site shut down.
On 30th August we had confirmation from The Australian Institute of Company Directors that Marie Campion is no longer with them. Co-incidently this was also the day Stefan Mayer was due to appear for sentencing in Parramatta Criminal Court. He had earlier pleaded guilty to a number of infringements notified by the Department of Fair Trade (DOFT.
