Present at the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) hearing was the applicant accompanied by two other persons also scammed by Stefan Mayer for $8,000.00 and $13,000.00 respectively.
The hearing was at 1.15 p.m. and commenced without Stefan Mayer being present. While the Member was about to make the order, Stefan Mayer arrived very late, having sent a message to that effect earlier (accompanied by a legal representative). Stefan Mayer was not accompanied by his wife Marie Campion who is the GM Marketing at The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Once again Stefan attempted to have the matter postponed. He was told that this hearing was to determine and resolve the matter. He had had sufficient time to lodge his counter claims and had not done so in the required time. Stefan Mayer then tried to argue that this was the first time his company Bespoke Installations Pty Ltd ABN 25 103 540 978 trading as Scullery and Holz was named as the respondent and that there ought to be other stages before a determination was made. The Member informed him that there was no doubt in the Member's mind that all the previous CTTT hearings relating to this claim were about his company Bespoke Installations Pty Ltd ABN 25 103 540 978 trading as Scullery and Holz.
The Order was made that Bespoke Installations Pty Ltd ABN 25 103 540 978 trading as Scullery and Holz pay to the applicant $18,595.00 by 30th August 2012.
It appears that the CTTT are waking up to this con man, who is now scamming people via this his only known remaining company Bespoke Installations Pty Ltd ABN 25 103 540 978 trading as Scullery and Holz.
An earlier CTTT order gave Stefan Mayer six months to repay an amount of some $6,000.00 in equal monthly installments. A following CTTT order gave him two weeks to repay the debt, this one he is ordered to repay in one week.
Let's hope that the next time a scammed customer takes Stefan Mayer to the CTTT he is ordered to repay the money on-the-spot, and if he is unable to do so, that they have him locked up until it is paid.
Stefan Mayer has had numerous CTTT orders to repay money he has taken from customers which he just does not comply with. It is really time for him to be put away so that he cannot dupe people into giving him large deposits for kitchens, bathrooms and cabinetry which he has no intention of providing. The man is dishonest, he tells many lies, and makes endless excuses. Nothing is ever his fault.
He tells customers that he has his own factory, and this is not true.
Stefan Mayer has no factory, no showroom, no known suppliers of cabinetry,
and now he has no website.
This was removed on Friday 17 August 2012 by the web host when they were notified of Stefan Mayer's scams. So all those lovely kitchens and cabinetry that appeared there can no longer be used to con his future victims.To all you people out there , looking at this site and other sites thank you for your interest. We know of at least one potential victim of Stefan Mayer who very recently was about to give Stefan Mayer $50,000.00 for his kitchen. Because Stefan was not answering calls or had changed his mobile number, the gentleman thought to do a search on the Internet to find Stefan's website for an alternative phone number. The first page of the search showed numerous links to complaints about Stefan Mayer, Scullery and Holz, and Bespoke Installations thus saving him the loss of his money and all the trauma attached to any business dealings a customer has with this confidence trickster.
A number of customers scammed by Stefan Mayer will most likely attend the Parramatta Local Court on Thursday 30th August 2012 where Stefan Mayer and his various companies face numerous infringement charges to some of which we believe Stefan Mayer has pleaded guilty.
